We are proud to announce that ISSC Security has received the “Top Safety Award” from Texas Mutual Insurance.

JUNE Insurance Open Enrollment

Open enrollment for ISSC Employee Health Insurance and associated life and medical benefits is coming in June.

Enrollment process will again be conducted by a telephone process to provide the most flexibility and convenience to our employees. More information will follow and additional notice and information will be provided with each employees paycheck as the enrollment period nears. All employees are urged to take advantage of the health and other such benefit programs provided by ISSC and to start reviewing now what changes and/or additional coverage you may need.

Training Leadership

We continue to be a leader in preparing ISSC Service Team Members to meet the increasing demands and requirements of today’s Security Programs by providing convenient access to relevant and current training information delivered through state-of–the-art delivery systems. Our commitment to both our Customers and Service Team Members is reflected in such areas as:

LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
We continue to expand the capabilities and service benefits of our “Learning Management System”. This state of the art system provides and delivers internet based training, testing, certification and tracking to ISSC Service Team Members. In conjunction, it provides ready access to Customer Site Specific Policies and Procedures as well as applicable ISSC Policies and HR information and forms.

Our proprietary “LMS” system enables the delivery of valuable initial, special, site and/or industry specific and continuation training in conjunction with the ISSC Training Center/Academy or on-site at Customer locations. Only a few mouse clicks away, ISSC Team Members can receive valuable instruction any time of the day or night. Additionally integrated into the system are our “E-Training Bulletin” and “ISSC News” programs which allow for “Real-time” security, safety and other related issues.

Not only can ISSC and Site Management review the training records and upcoming re-certification needs of individual Service Team Members, but authorized customer representatives can review and add input toward training planned and received by Team Members at their location(s).


CVI & CFATS TRAINING
We continue to ensure that applicable ISSC Service Teams complete Chemical-terrorism Vulnerability Information (CVI) and Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standard (CFATS) training and updates.
