New Service
We are pleased to announce our expanded service partnership with Stream Realty in Houston and The Woodlands as well as expansion of our services with Canyon Gate Communities.
Training Leadership
We continue to be a leader in preparing ISSC Service Team Members to meet the increasing demands and requirements of today’s Security Programs by providing convenient access to relevant and current training information delivered through state-of–the-art delivery systems. Our commitment to both our Customers and Service Team Members is reflected in such areas as:
LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
In April of 2010 ISSC will implement our newly designed “Learning Management System”. This state of the art system provides and delivers internet based training, testing, certification and tracking of all training provided to ISSC Service Team Members. It provides for the delivery of valuable initial, special, site and/or industry specific and continuation training to be accomplished whether in conjunction with the ISSC Training Academy Program or on-site at Customer locations. Only a few mouse clicks away, every ISSC Team Member can receive valuable instruction any time of the day or night. Additionally integrated into the system is our monthly “E-Training Bulletin” and “ISSC News” programs that allow for “Real-time” security and safety issues.
Not only can ISSC and Site Management review the training records and upcoming re-certification needs of each individual Service Team Member assigned to a customer site, but authorized customer representatives can review and add input toward the training planned and received by Team Members at their location(s).
CVI & CFATS TRAINING
Additional ISSC Management Staff and Service Teams have recently completed Chemical – terrorism Vulnerability Information (CVI) and Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standard (CFATS) training.
